Proper root cause analysis is key to prevent re-occurrence of an event. Detail your analysis in text and by using a root cause analysis model, directly in CASST.aero. This is helpful to think the analysis through, as well as enabling trend analysis later.
E-mail reporting
Reporting a hazard or an incident should be as simple as sending an email. So that’s how it works. Your company will get an email address where your staff can send messages to. No need to copy-paste reports into a system.
CASST.aero will import the email directly and you can start taking action straight away.

Prefer to file your Safety Report on your Electronic Flight Bag, or another system that you already have in place? We’re happy to integrate through a Web API.
